This episode is Mostly Unexplainable! A new show where the #1 Freakin' Epic! expert on cryptids, ooparts, and other strange phenomena tells us all about the parts of the world that go bump in the night.

 

Today Michael and Zach talk about all things China and Tibet, including giant salamanders that aren't even cryptids because they're so well documented, and mysterious ancient metal pipes running into the middle of a mountain!

Once, in ages past, there was a podcast segment. This is that podcast segment. (Yup, there was just the one, and yes, this is it. I mean, how lucky are you? To just accidentally stumble across THE podcast segment from ages past? I mean, do you even have any idea what the odds of that are? They've got to be AT LEAST one in three.) This legendary podcast segment was know as "What'cha Thinkin' John?', and it was glorious. Just so good you guys.

 

On this episode, John and Zach ask themselves the question: what kind of movie monster would they create? Eventually they get sidetracked into a conversation about a world where every time you die you get resurrected, but each time you lose a human function such as fear, shame, or ability to eat ice cream sandwiches. (Ok, I made that last one up.)

This episode is 'Preview Review', a segment where Nathan (2.0) and Zach watch movie trailers and nerd out!

 

In today's episode Nathan and Zach watch the trailer for the new X-Men movie. We talk about the full trailer looking much better than the teasers, Sophie Turners's chances of becoming an A-list star, and whether Friends is one of the TV shows with simultaneously great and terrible writing.

This episode is 'Totally Unobjective'. A show where Chris and Zach give completely biased top 5 lists based on nothing but their wildly biased notions of reality!

 

This week Chris and Zach insult each other for your pleasure, like gladiators of yore, but without all of the actual fighting, and blood, and sandal wearing.

 

(It's entirely possible that Chris was secretly wearing sandals during the recording of this episode. He's tricky like that.)
